Quotes. A quote request sent from the website is a request for a price, not a binding contract. A shipment is confirmed only after we agree the details and the price with you.

Prices and transit times. Prices and delivery times we give are estimates based on the details you provide. They may change if the weight, size, route, carrier or customs procedures change.

Your shipment. You must give accurate and complete details about the goods, the sender and the receiver, and pack the goods properly. Prohibited and restricted goods cannot be shipped, and you are responsible for the information you give.

Customs. Duties, taxes and fees are set by the authorities of each country. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, they are paid by the party named in the shipment details.

Tracking. The status shown in the tracking box is for information and is updated by our team as the shipment moves.

Content. The text, photos and design of this website belong to New Company and may not be copied without permission.
